Lindsay Quail
Travel is my passion, and has been since my early 20s. From backpacking across Europe to working in London's vibrant fashion scene in the ‘70s, my journey has taken me from New York to the Caribbean, and beyond. But my heart has always belonged to Africa. I've lived and travelled extensively across South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Namibia; and explored Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya, and Ethiopia. After years in event management and communication training, I co-founded Computravel in 2008, one of Southern Africa's first online travel agencies. Since then, we've helped travellers explore unforgettable destinations, especially across the Indian Ocean Islands and Africa. With us, your journey is seamless, from planning to touchdown. Rikke Hackner
I was born in Denmark but moved to the southern tip of Africa at the age of 4. Travel has always been part of my DNA. I moved back to Denmark for 2 years after completing school and in 1991 on my return to Cape Town, I obtained my Travel diploma after studying tourism at college. I began my career in travel shortly after that, and have since explored much of the globe, including USA, South America, Europe and Scandinavia, the Far east and the beautiful Indian Ocean Islands on familiarisation trips. I am just missing the 7th continent, Antartica. In 2019, I joined Computravel, making the move from corporate to leisure travel. It opened up a whole new world, one I truly love. Helping clients plan unforgettable getaways is both a privilege and a passion, and I'm dedicated to delivering the best possible experience every time.
