The hotel has 96 Suites, 8 Villas and 1 Presidential Villa spread over 150 hectares. Each suite is positioned just 15 metres from the shore, discreetly nestled among the natural Seychellois foliage.
88 Junior Suites (Size: 52m2)
The palm-thatched Junior Suites are constructed in wood, marble, limestone and pink granite.
The emphasis is on privacy, intimacy and harmony with the natural surroundings. Each suite is designed in a modern yet luxurious style with large bathrooms and a fully furnished terrace/balcony with private dining space.
8 Senior Suites (Size: 115m2)
The Senior Suites are exceptionally spacious. Each lavishly appointed room has all the facilities as described for Junior Suites but in addition there is a whirlpool bathtub in the master bathroom, a separate shower, a lounge and a double size terrace/balcony.
8 2 Bedroom Pool Villas (Size: 725m2)
These 2 bedroom villas at the southern tip of Anse Kerlan offer the ultimate beachside accommodation. Spaciously designed, the bedrooms lead directly into the gardens and beach just metres away. Two bedrooms each with spacious en-suite bathroom, outdoor shower/bath, living/dining area with TV, kitchenette for the Villa Master and service staff. The living room leads directly an outside dining area sunken into the private swimming pool and a relaxation and massage pavilion. A Villa Master is available throughout the guests’ stay.
1 3 Bedroom Presidential Villa (Size: 1250m2)
Majestically perched into the granite boulders on the southern tip of Anse Kerlan this villa is a private hotel within a hotel, designed and crafted to deliver a completely unique experience not found anywhere else in the Seychelles. The master suite has its own terrace bathroom with jacuzzi. There are two additional suites and 3 multi-level pools which surround the buildings with steps leading to a private beach. Additional features include a fully equipped office within the villa and a dedicated Villa master removes the need to be anywhere else in the world.

- Dinner options include a 3 course set menu of selected dishes (starter, main and dessert) at Diva or The Nest a la carte restaurants or the themed buffet of the day at Legend.

Overlooking the bay, Legend restaurant offers a lavish buffet for breakfast and dinner.
At lunch time an a la carte menu of international all-time favourites is served by the pool.
Every evening, a team of chefs take guests on a trip to different parts of the culinary world and interact with guests in a “show cooking” style.

Diva (Reservation recommended)
Located by the golf club, DIVA is the lifestyle outlet of the hotel. DIVA, designed by French interior designer Marc Hertrich is the place for modern and tasty cuisine served in a casual chic urban atmosphere. Inspired by Mediterranean flavours, this is a truly unique venue in the Seychelles. The cellar houses more than 23,000 bottles and the wine list simply is the most complete and desirable in the region with over 1,500 references from around 200 wineries. The “Sommelier Wine Room Experience” is not to be missed.

The Nest (Reservation recommended)
Sample fresh seafood from the Indian Ocean in Creole style at The Nest, perfectly located on the rock peninsula between the two Anse Kerlan beaches. Sit back and enjoy the stunning beauty of Petite Anse Kerlan from the restaurant’s exquisite location and spot the delicate flight of the Paradise Fly Catcher birds during the day. At The Nest, true Creole flavours are revealed. The deck located “on the rocks” behind the restaurant is the most private location of the hotel for very exclusive dinners and the perfect place to celebrate special occasions.

Barefoot lunch is the treat at Takamaka, just a few metres away from the turquoise water of Petite Anse Kerlan beach. Snack in style with your feet in the sand in this understated and simple outlet, that offers a variety of snacks including creative sushi with a Seychellois twist.

Huna Bar
Located alongside the lobby and overlooking the garden, the completely redesigned Huna Bar allows positive energy to flow freely while enjoying the creative and delightful list of cocktails and drinks.

Takamaka is a fresh oasis away from the sun, and the perfect place to watch the legendary Praslin sunsets while sipping your favourite cocktail.

Diva Bar
Located in the Diva restaurant, the bar offers a range of drinks and refreshments for golfers and during dinners. You may sample a wide selection of whiskies there.

The Nest Bar
Set on top of the small Peninsula, the Nest bar enjoys the outstanding view of both Grande Anse and Petite Anse Kerlan beaches. The bar offers a variety of exotic and rum cocktails, as well as fresh tropical juices.

Legend Pool Bar
Between the lobby building and the Petit Anse Kerlan beach, you will find the pool bar integrated with a 3 layer clear swimming pool. The pool area and its sunbeds are a haven of relaxation and tranquillity.

KIDS CLUB
Young guests ages 4 to11 years are invited to unleash their spirit and adventure at Constance Kids Club. When to visit the SeychellesSeychelles’ enviable climate is always warm and without extremes. In this tropical haven, the temperature seldom drops below 24°C or rises above 32°C, making Seychelles a year-round island holiday destination for sun worshippers and beach lovers. During the north-west trade winds that occur between October and March, the sea is generally calm and the weather warm and humid, while in January and February the islands receive their life-giving rains, rejuvenating the rivers and streams. From May to September the weather is cooler and drier with livelier seas - particularly on the south-eastern coasts.
Important info about your holiday to SeychellesThe first port of call for most visitors to the Seychelles is Mahe. This the largest island of the Seychelles and from here your resort is reached by road transfer. If you are staying on Praslin or one of the other islands, a boat transfer or short domestic flight will get you there. The Seychelles is 2 hours ahead of South Africa. The currency in use is the Seychelles rupee (Rs). Although tourist prices are often quoted in Euros, you can also pay in Rupees and often also in US Dollars.
What to pack for your Seychelles holidayAs the Seychelles is warm throughout the year it is recommended that you pack light comfortable relaxed clothing. Most resorts are quite casual, so light clothing should be adequate at most times but you may also want to take a thin rain jacket in the event of the occasional rain shower. Don’t forget your beach wear plus sunscreen and sunglasses.
